We accept payment by check, credit card, debit card, and ACH/bank transfer. Cleaning services that are not regularly scheduled (ex: weekly office cleanings) require full payment upon delivery of services.
5% of remaining balance once per invoice with a 30 day grace period.
If a check is returned to us, we will make the assumption that this is due to honest customer error. Unresolved payments will result in either your account going to collections or payment being obtained by legal means.
Deep Cleanings, Carpet Cleanings, Disinfectant Services, and Post-Construction Clean-Up Services will require either a 15% or $100 deposit depending on the full amount of services being provided.
Clients who do not provide us with a key or other means of gaining entry should note that on scheduled cleaning days if our cleaning techs are unable to access your facilities, you will be charged 100% of the usual cleaning fee.
Clients requesting one-off cleaning services will lose their initial deposit if our cleaning techs arrive and they are unable to gain access to your facilities or property and the services are not rescheduled for the immediate future.
Mop in Hand provides a guarantee of high-quality service, if for some reason you are not totally satisfied we will take steps to resolve any issues or concerns. You will be notified during the estimate process if it will not be possible to achieve a level of cleanliness close to the original condition depending on the type of cleaning service requested (ex: carpet or appliance cleaning).
